"Awful Service"
Awful service - it's been way overhyped, and after a year of using it, I haven't come across a single lead that I couldn't dig up online in under 5 minutes. Plus, when I asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund, they flat out said no - no refund policy here. Stay away at all costs because there are tons of other lead generation options that are way more dependable and offer a much better service. Clarity Stack seems to just be out to grab cash from their users.

A buddy of mine told me about Meet Hugo. Gotta admit, I was a bit doubtful initially, but since teaming up with their crew, I've seriously improved my sales approach and have been able to take advantage of the chances they provide way better.
I've closed 2 deals already, and I'm looking to extend for another 6 months!

"Fantastic Return on Investment"
Working with Meet Hugo has been super beneficial for our new business initiatives. We've been partnering with them for roughly a year and have secured more than $100k in business that we wouldn't have come across otherwise, which we consider a fantastic return on investment. The account team is quite responsive, and they're just great folks overall. We're really looking forward to renewing our contract for the second year.

"Leads That Really Matter"
Leads that are super relevant. The more input you provide, the better the leads get and the more they fit your needs. As a business owner, I forked out £499.00 for the initial four months. If I land a gig that brings in a £1,000 profit, then it’s already paid for itself! I can’t recommend MeetHugo enough for any small or medium-sized business to jump on board and make the most of their service!

I’m dropping another review for MH since we just jumped on their fresh lead program (last week) and, believe it or not, in under a week, we landed a deal with a new client from a lead that came through yesterday.

This platform is super simple to navigate. You can filter leads according to your preferred geographic areas, particular industries, and other criteria. Our representative, Chloe, is really communicative and always willing to catch up with us now and then to discuss how things are going. Don't forget to rate the leads you receive so their research team can keep improving and give you the best leads out there!

Avoid this company at all costs.
1 - The leads they provide are of terrible quality. It's pretty much just an overpriced version of Crunchbase.
2 - They’ll send you a bill and pressure you to pay over the phone, which lets them save your card info and withdraw cash from your account once your contract ends. Then they’ll harass you, claiming you agreed to their terms (which is totally false) and insist they’re just trying to assist you...
Honestly, this is one of the biggest scams I’ve ever come across!

So far, as a newbie customer, my Account Manager has been easy to get in touch with and helps me find the right prospects.
Most of the leads are pretty valuable, which means they’re working out well for me and my business.
The coolest part is that they actually listen and look into who we want to connect with instead of just throwing a bunch of leads from any old industry our way.

Up to now, the feedback from Meet Hugo has been fantastic. We tweaked our original sales criteria to better match the leads we’re after, specifically creative agencies seeking video collaborators. We’ve lined up a meeting with a possible client in the event space and live venue sector, where we aim to produce some video content.

"Fantastic Team and Service"

"Hugo's Service is Fantastic"
Hugo's service is fantastic. They connect me with 2-3 RFPs each week. I'm always occupied putting together proposals for potential clients I wouldn't have discovered by myself. Emma, my representative at Hugo, has supported me throughout the whole journey, regularly checking in, and if I shoot her a quick question, she replies the same day. I definitely recommend Hugo.

"Thrilled with Meet Hugo and Their Leads!"
I’m super pleased with Meet Hugo and the leads they send our way. Lately, they’ve begun emailing the leads directly to me instead of making me check the 'My Opportunities' page, and let me tell ya, the success rate has shot up! Just in the past month, I’ve had 3 leads turn into sales because of this change. On top of that, their customer service is top-notch, and Emma is a real gem! Thanks a bunch!

In general, our experience was quite good with Hugo. It took a bit to figure out the best keywords and the kind of leads we wanted. But once we got that down, most of the time we get leads that are on point. Sure, they ain't all perfect, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. I also wanna give a shoutout to the awesome support we always got from Hugo, whether it was Emma or Tom before - never felt like we were treated poorly. If you're aiming to grow your pipeline, Hugo's a solid option!
